Acute Trust Analytics is currently being implemented at The Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

The graphical reporting part of the system is delivered by Metapraxis, a consultancy and software company with in excess of twenty years experience producing these kinds of reports for major organisations like Unilever, Lloyds TSB, and Tomkins.

Implementation of the underlying costing system was commenced at a major London hospital in 2007 but was halted because of a merger.

The design of the service line reporting system is based on standard costing systems that were used both by Esso and OCL. Barbara Morris-Welsh, the Partner who has been responsible for the design of Acute Trust Analytics, was responsible for led the design and implementation of the systems at Esso and enhanced significantly the systems at OCL.

Acute Trust Analytics design has been based on NHS Trust consultancy work conducted by Independent Audit Limited, the parent organisation of Trust Analytics. One reference for this work is Plymouth Hospital NHS Trust.
